Leonid Volkov

Leonid Volkov is a Russian politician of the Progress Party, a member of the Russian opposition, and chief of staff for Alexei Navalny’s campaign for the 2018 presidential election. He is also founder of the Internet Protection Society, a NGO focused on internet freedom and digital rights in Russia.
