Uri Rosenthal

He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Cabinet Rutte I from 14 October 2010 until 5 November 2012. He previously served as a Member of the Senate from 8 June 1999 until 14 October 2010 and the Parliamentary leader in the Senate from 5 May 2005 until 14 October 2010.

A professor of political science and public administration by occupation, he taught from 1980 until 2010 at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and the Leiden University.
